Clients shall not misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or services provided by Icitify Tech.
Payment Terms

Technical frameworks
remains the property of Icitify Tech unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive usage rights according to the agreed contract terms.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information shared during the course of business.

Business data
Technical specifications
Financial information
Proprietary technology
This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icitify Tech shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability
While we strive to ensure reliable services, Icitify Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted access to systems or platforms.

Maintenance updates
Technical issues
Third-party infrastructure failures
Termination
Icitify Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:
A client violates these Terms
Payments are overdue
Services are used for illegal activities
Cooperation necessary for service delivery is not provided
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
